Hey @DaewooExpress I was so keen to travel using your Gold Class again. I always had very comfortable journeys. The refreshments were good, too. Sandwich, muffin, crisps. And choice of cold drink. Today, on the way to Multan it was stale orange wafers, crisps and 2 biscuits!! 🫢

The choreography of London New Year's fireworks display was indeed spectacular. I share below 3 of the most iconic images. This is who we are!

@holland_barrett @HB_HereToHelp I already have contacted your team. I was informed this particular delivery will take 3 days. Not good enough

Why do you say "next day delivery" @holland_barrett? And then tell me it can take up to 3 days for my parcel to be delivered? Isn't that inaccurate and misleading your customers?

Honestly, @Vue_Cinema St. George's Harrow. Why is it SO complicated to buy ice cream? The kiosk is usually deserted. *If* a staff member does show up, it is to tell customers to pay at the food & beverage counter, and then return to the kiosk for ice cream. Why??

I'm a disabled frequent flyer & use Special Assistance, mostly kind & helpful.Having a broken foot, can't get on the Buggy. Never an issue. Until Istanbul Airport. Your staff spoke harshly, were rude & unhelpful, saying I wd miss my flight & to get on the Buggy @TurkishAirlines

Saddened by your customer service, @Lovisa at 1st Avenue. Took me ages to choose 3 for RM50 earrings. Saleslady said 1 pair in the wrong place, & to pay full price. I showed her the display--there were many. So not my fault. In UK, retailer wd accept their mistake. Not Lovisa?

I have been a loyal customer, ordering from Avon reps regularly. Yesterday, I decided to order some gifts online, especially since there were enticing offers. So, guess what @Avon_UK? None of these materialised at the checkout. And no explanation why.

@BBCBreakfast I respect Jess Phillips for her campaigning and support for women and those who are abused. However she is wrong to support the assisted suicide bill. I hope that she will think again.

Hello @waitrose I am vexed by your Christmas ad featuring the "glorious treacle glazed turkey crown." Being carved by a grumpy man, who obviously doesn't love his equally glorious cat 😿. Tsk, tsk. Christmas is a time for sharing, surely??

I have a confession, dear folks. It is November 15th. And I am all Christmassed out....😭 Mostly by the incessant TV Christmas ads. So, the rationale of The Bird Watcher @Waitrose? A selfish man denying a morsel of what's obviously a yummy turkey to a pleading kitty 😿 Sheesh.

@AJMagicMessage This post is so sad. Last year, I was on a station platform when I realised that the man standing next to me was in emotional turmoil. Suddenly, I had this terrifying thought--he was planning to jump. I stood as close to him as possible & made eye contact. I hope it worked.

Awful. I think the train I am on has just killed someone who was on the track. I feel so sorry for them, and also for our poor driver who is understandably suffering from shock, but somehow managing to be incredibly professional at the same time. Please pray for all concerned.

@MattGauder @transportgovuk @Tanni_GT I am always hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. Such as being told by a Special Assistance manager that most passengers "abuse" the system and urging me to climb stairs when I requested an ambulift

We’re launching a new expert group to improve accessibility in the aviation sector. Headed up by Baroness Grey-Thompson @Tanni_GT, the group includes individuals from airlines, campaigners, and consumers with first-hand experiences – all advocating for disabled passengers and ensuring that their voices are at the heart of progress. @transportgovuk @Tanni_GT How will you engage with people with disabilities and with first-hand experience of being airline passengers? Nowadays, it is all very hit and miss. It can vary between being downright degrading to being treated with dignity as a human being. What will good practice look like?

@clairebubblepop So. I am 77 and live in sheltered housing. In 33 flats, only 10 have smartphones, and are tech savvy. All others are dependent on their relatives. Spare a thought for them, too. Since nowadays, most of life's necessities, utilities and amenities are available online. Even food!

Someone just asked me how I have an IPhone like it’s wrong for someone on UC to have one. Omg here we go again… Ok you can think people in poverty having a smart phone is wrong. But it doesn’t change the fact, we need them. Everything’s on phones, from DWP accounts, to job access, bank access, school access. Everthing. So your argument’s meaningless. Phones are no longer a luxury, they’re a necessity.

I am truly delighted that my lovely daughter in law, my pyari Bahu, Anna Giavedoni, is among the cyclists travelling to Kenya. For adventure and fundraising. May my fervent duas shower Anna and her fellow cyclists with attainment of successful goals. facebook.com/share/p/PYTsQ5…

I came across this quote and couldn't help reflecting on how true it was. I am not "one" anymore, merely a quarter. But...quantity means nothing. I am a resolute quarter filled with purpose. I will definitely do what I can do. In Shaa Allah.

@AngiePedley @ToryWipeout Oooh! Judgemental, much? She is struggling, so she should look scruffy?! Tut, tut. I am a retired nurse. I go to a local college of hairdressing where students practice their skills. It is just as good as a posh salon at a fraction of the price.
