@HB_HereToHelp Overcharged by £4.12 at Felixstowe Shop. Ipswich Shop couldn't provide refund for being overcharged but just £5.00 Points as 'gesture of good will' despite travel costs and at least 30 minutes waiting time. We spend a lot in your shops but this is farcical.

@foodgov 4 day out of date Salmon in fridges at Lidl, Nacton Road, Ipswich. Also, 4 day out of date Carpaccio Beef. Asked to speak to Manager at till but no one was interested to come over. Lady on till was fab and very embarrassed.

Having spoken to the warranty team they are aware of the problem as it is unfair to invoke the 1 year warranty from the date of the first purchase. It should really be from....

@AriatEurope Hi, thank you for your reply. The first pair bought in December 2022 were then replaced in the second half of 2023. This second pair are therefore only a few months old but does the 1 year warranty only apply from the date of the original purchase?

@submarinerunner I was fine with the first however the second did knock me down for a day then back to normal. Booster on Tuesday wasn't as bad but still uncomfortable for last two days. You're doing an amazing job and well worth the follow. 😊
