ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH IN MARKETS IN THE LAST 24 HOURS
Gold dumped 5.5%, wiping out $1.94 trillion in market value.
Silver dumped 19%, wiping out $980 billion in market value.
S&P 500 dumped 0.95%, wiping out $580 billion in market value.
Nasdaq dumped 2.5%, wiping out $1 trillion in market value.
Russell 2000 dumped 2%, wiping out $65 billion in market value.
Bitcoin dumped 8%, wiping out $120 billion in market value.
The total crypto market dumped 7%, wiping out $184 billion in market value.
Nearly $5 Trillion was wiped out without any major bad news.

I hope you enjoy my first review of one of my favorites- Din Tai Fung:
Cucumber salad- 10/10
The appetizer to rule all appetizers. They might as well call this place “din tai cucumber” because this is the best dish on the menu. So simple but they never cease to impress me every time. The crispness of the fresh Persian cucumbers is complemented by the light and refreshing sauce that is so perfectly balanced it always leaves you wanting more.
Chicken Spicy wontons- 9/10
Perfect balance between the soft, chewy noodle and the delicious filling. The spicy sauce and sprinkle of green onions is perfect. The only reason this gets a 9/10 is because it can be tricky to eat with chopsticks (the wontons are slippery af)
Sesame noodles- 7/10
Heavy on the peanut and sesame and with a little bit of a kick, these are a solid complement to any meal. Flavor could have a bit more depth, and I’ve noticed the consistency varies on these from visit to visit, but overall a solid staple for anyone who isn’t deathly allergic to peanuts
Garlic green beans- 8/10
When you need something with a crunch to complement the noodles and dumplings, the garlic green beans do not disappoint. If you want to add a little spice to your life, try dousing these with some of the spicy sauce from the spicy wonton dish above
Black pepper beef tenderloin- 8/10
Always a good add on if you are looking for some protein. Perfectly cooked, juicy portions of beef tenderloin are marinated in a delicious black pepper sauce and complemented with onions, bell peppers, and these cool little mushrooms. Goes well with with the chicken fried rice (which is delicious on its own) that does a great job soaking up all that extra black pepper sauce you’ll have leftover from this dish
Chicken fried rice- 10/10
Hands down the best chicken fried rice I’ve had. Can eat this on its own and it’s still fantastic. Not much else to say.
Xio Long Bao- 6/10
I know this is what they are known for, but these taste like pretty “average” soup dumplings to me. Not that they’re bad, but when your cucumber salad is good enough to live off of in a bear market, you’d expect these soup dumplings to be out of this world. Unfortunately these are not.
Hot and sour soup- 2/10
Don’t get this, I’ve had better at Panda Express (when they used to sell soup).
