@EUCouncilPress Point 11/12: EU sanctions will be lifted 10 years after the extradition of all Nazi Russian war criminals to Ukraine and after nazi Russia has paid for all reparations. Highest-ranking criminals, including patriarch Kirill,  Medinsky, Putin, Lavrov, and Medvedev, will go to ICC.

@EUCouncilPress Point 10/12: Unhindered use of the Black Sea by Ukraine. Ukraine will not trade with Nazi Russia and therefore will not buy any gas, oil, or electricity from Nazi Russia until Nazi Russia is fully denazified, deMedinskyfied and deKirillified.

@EUCouncilPress Point 9/12: Nazi Russia sets up a 10-year debrainwashing program in its own country to eradicate all Nazi-, Medinsky- and Kirill-ideology, restore civil rights, and establish a constitutional state with a separation of powers and an independent media.

@EUCouncilPress Point 8/12: Nazi Russia will pay reparations and damages to Ukraine in dollars to ensure reparation and the complete reconstruction of Ukraine. The payments will be distributed evenly over a 10-year period from the complete withdrawal of Nazi Russia from Ukraine.

@EUCouncilPress Point 7/12: All the frozen assets of Nazi Russia will be used by Ukraine for its defense over the next 10 years. Any remaining funds will be used for Ukrainian reconstruction under the auspices of the EIB.

@EUCouncilPress Point 6/12: The armies of the USA, China, and Nazi Russia will be reduced linearly over 10 years to a maximum of 300,000 personnel, also in terms of quality and resources. Ukraine's will be reduced to 900,000, excl. personnel for its nuclear weapons.

@EUCouncilPress Point 5/12: Ukraine becomes a member of the Northern European Treaty Organization (NETO) in 2030. Sovakia, Hungary, Bulgarien, and Spain, which have not supported Ukraine, will not. Ukraine will become a member of the EU-Northwest when it meets all the conditions.

@EUCouncilPress Point 4/12: 90 days after the complete withdrawal of Nazi Russia from Ukraine, Ukraine holds elections for the House of Representatives and 90 days after those elections will be held the elections for the presidency of Ukraine.

@EUCouncilPress Point 3/12: The Nazi Russian language is immediately banned in Ukraine, as spoken, listened to, written, and sung. This must be a condition for EU membership. Because wherever Nazi Russian is spoken, Nazi Russia is committing aggression.

@EUCouncilPress Point 2/12: Exchange of all prisoners. Repatriation of all deported civilians and children within 90 days after the complete withdrawal of Nazi Russia, from Russia and the occupied territories to their homes in Ukraine.

The Return Regulation is our top priority—for Europe, for the people. @EPPGroup promised and delivered the Pact on Migration and Asylum, that entered into force on Friday. Now we are strengthening the return policies. Member States, not smugglers, must decide who enters the EU.

Ukraine can continue to count on the Netherlands. I reaffirmed this in my conversation today with Ukrainian defence minister @FedorovMykhailo. With a new support package, the Netherlands is continuing to provide the Ukrainian people with tangible assistance in their fight for a safe, secure and free Ukraine. That is also very important for the rest of Europe. And as Ukraine’s recent successes have shown: this support is working.
