Today, the @Europarl_EN gave its final approval to the EU–US Framework Trade Agreement, opening the way for its full implementation. This vote sends a clear message: Europe chooses partnership over confrontation, stability over uncertainty, and cooperation over economic fragmentation. As the @EPPGroup’s Standing Rapporteur on EU–US trade relations, I worked to secure an agreement that delivers predictability for our businesses, workers and industries at a time of growing geopolitical and economic challenges. This is more than a trade agreement. It protects over 16 million jobs linked to the transatlantic economy, strengthens investment certainty, reinforces critical supply chains and deepens the world’s most important economic partnership.
