@DanMicovic @HGSupport Each individual fix is going to be communicated via email to the primary contact on the account. Those emails will be a direct line to our support team who can answer any questions you may have.

@HostGator for the past 4 months my website was offline for about 7 days, the Brazilian branch of Hostgator sadly it’s terrible, I'm just a few hours from completing 48 hours offline. Seems nobody cares, never had a server provider like this. It takes days to get the website on

@sgfb @HostGatorBrasil That is definitely a frustrating experience. We do not have access to HostGator Brasil systems, but I can suggest a few possible steps. Have you tried using a different browser or device? Clearing your cache and/or disabling browser extensions may keep the chat session stable.

@Stone007 Great question! By contacting support, they can securely access your account and review your verification records, such as SPF, DKIM and other related settings for your email server.

Why exactly? Will that improve the weak spam filtering somehow? (serious question)

Before using @HostGator to host your email account, just know that they absolutely suck at spam filtering. I have Gmail emails, an AOL email and even my Yahoo don’t get anywhere near as much spam as the email domain that I have hosted through #HostGator. Not even close.

@KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

I don't post often, but wanted to reiterate how terrible @HostGator is....down yet again with a 24 - 48 hour ETR....great stuff...

@HostGator @HGSupport Ticket E-500718, mails in oubound .38 failing every 3 days, I need a permanent fix so my mail stays on our .43 IP that I we paying for.If you cannot provide a permanent solution, I will take this as a breach of service and start the migration to @bluehost
