Actually all the way to the river (past Washington Artillery park) is. The river bank is the southern most border of the FQ. Rampart is Northern boundary. Canal is western and Esplanade is Eastern

Investigation? I’ve investigated the video and I can immediately determine that this was complete hideous unnecessary force used on an an innocent elderly civilian & the officers involved deserve to be CHARGED & FIRED. WHAT IS THERE TO INVESTIGATE FURTHER?! Fucking ridiculous
