@HSBC_IN @HSBC_IN had connected with your agent, from them I got response that during transaction @IRCTCofficial has quoted 1405.85 rupees, but for settlement they quoted 1411.62 rupees, so @IRCTCofficial could you please let me know why 2 different amounts has been quoted?

Pathetic cleanliness in Gorakhpur Humsafar (12572). Bedding is unwashed, contains hair and dal stains. Staff replaced them with more stained sheets. Is this the standard of Humsafar premium service? @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw #indianrailway
