🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Francisco Tenorio-Borja, 38, of Mexico, Mar. 12. Tenorio has previous charges for domestic violence. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Filemon Villareal-Escobar, 40, of Mexico, Mar. 10. Villareal has previous charges for domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, and stalking. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Jose Luis Rodriguez-Alvarado, 43, of El Salvador, Mar. 9. Rodriguez has previous charges for conspiracy to commit crime, transport for Sale & possession of a controlled substance. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

As part of Operation Safe Return, HSI Riverside arrested Shannon Devon Hilt on federal sex trafficking charges. HSI also rescued two minor victims who were recruited and transported by Hilt to perform commercial sex acts in and around Southern California and Las Vegas.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Jorge Burgos-Ruiz, 33, of Mexico, Jan. 22. Burgos has previous charges for assault with a deadly weapon. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Santiago Hernandez-Cecundino, 43, of Mexico, Jan. 22. Hernandez has previous charges for possession of a controlled substance, DUI, and battery of a spouse. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

On March 4, our HSI Las Vegas office, in partnership with @LVMPD, conducted a successful interdiction operation. This operation resulted in the arrest of a drug trafficker and more than 100 pounds of meth being taken off of the streets of the Las Vegas metro area.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Jose Alfredo Patino Avelino, 20, of Mexico, Feb. 23. Patino has previous charges for assault with intent to commit rape, sexual battery, and false imprisonment. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Susan Blanco-Socop, Susana, 38, of Guatemala, Feb. 23. Blanco has previous charges for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. She is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Martin Portillo-Manzanarez, 38, of Mexico, Feb. 24. Portillo has previous charges for possession of a control substance. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.

🚨On February 15, 2026, Homeland Security Task Force Anti-Smuggling and CBP Air and Marine Operations intercepted a vessel carrying eight undocumented Mexican nationals southeast of Catalina Island. All individuals were processed for prosecution. This is an HSI-led investigation.

🚨Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Luis Ray Juarez-Ortiz, 26, of Mexico, Feb. 10. Juarez has previous charges for Section 111 Assault on a Person Assisting Federal Officers. He is in custody pending criminal prosecution.
