This new concourse was added on so they could turn the concourse into a mall. The mall is pretty much dead. Time to turn it back into a space to help passengers find their trains. @amtrak @SecDuffy

The main waiting room at Washington Union Station would be a great place to wait for a train, except, the only place to sit is in a cramped, windowless, former store on the former concourse, turned into a mall. Please, bring back the benches. @amtrak @secduffy

Talgo trains are unique for their single pair of wheels between each car. So far, the ride quality is pretty good.

I think we literally need to pay for every elected official and policymaker to visit places with high speed rail if we want our country to not be so far behind.

Maybe adding a parallel high speed line would give a better payoff?
