Surprising numbers here! I always thought Jund Sac was slightly favored vs straight Sultai but I never thought it was by this much. It seems Sultai super tuning to beat the mirror really hurt its matchups everywhere else?

@edelgenius With the pandemic and current MtG current players base we should see way more viewers watching big events, period. They need to turn more players into viewers, followers of their social medias and fans of the MPL member.

@edelgenius As much as i love TCG. Efforts have been put in event production/casting, game GFX but it will never be viewer friendly and be a big e-sport. As a new viewer, you can't know what's going on, appreciate players skills/plays. No "That looked cool, i want to try it myself" effect.

@edelgenius E-sport is growing, so can MtG ! They should try to focus first on getting their current player base more involve in the MPL and getting new player second. IMO they don't advertise enough via their own digital games and website. When is the next cast/tourney, where can i watch it

@sipiwi94 @RenoJackson_HS Also, i am not sure how much efforts top wild players put on a Top25/Top10 finish when there are no rewards/viewers. Beating your record is nice but once they've achieved a Top1 or Top10 finish once do they really keep motivated ? Most competitive players moved to std anyway.

@RenoJackson_HS @HS_asHram Yeah I dont think the list values top10 enough. But the emotions are mainly cause I drop down the list so fast even though it is an "all time wild ladder" 😔

@sipiwi94 @RenoJackson_HS When i started doing this lists, i wanted to highlight regulars and grinders, so i chose Top100. Since wild finishes never gave HCT points or golden cookies, at least it included more players. I did a Top25 list for std since most pro are shooting for that and the extra points.

If you flip a coin, someone wins and someone loose. Average WR would be 50%. It's like the money in poker, the edge and most of the "easier" win come from lower ranks.

Tracking WR should only start when you hit the high ranks against players of the same caliber. Given enough games against players of approximative the same skill level, WR should migrate toward 50% + your edge.
