The main reason Britain is 'not speaking German' is the Red Army. Not the US Marine Corps.

@the_rocky_dark @CharlieHowarth1 @David__Osland Not really, Polish pilots made up about 5% of fighter command. Granted they were responsible for about 13% of kills due to them having alot of prior experience and a big fucking axe to grind. They also mainly flew British hurricanes.

We truly cannot comprehend how far away the closest star system is. A spaceship traveling at the speed of sound - 1,235 km/h - would take 3.8 million years to reach Alpha Centauri. Even the X-15's blistering record of 7,274 km/h would still take ~75,000 years. No aliens, bros.
