Hi @British_Airways @qrsupport - I need to make a name change on my booking, booked via BA. BA say Qatar have to change, Qatar say BA have to change. Please can someone help me?! Have spoken to numerous people at both airlines now and getting nowhere....

@H_M_Rio Hi Hannah, we're afraid we're unable to change/correct a passenger's name when a flight is operated by Qatar Airways. The only option is to cancel as per your ticket rules and rebook subject to availability. We're sorry there are no other options. Natalie M

@ZARA_Care hi. I returned two orders in one return on November 16th, it arrived with zara on November 18th. I still have no confirmation email of a return or no refund in my bank. I’ve been told multiple times to wait 14 days, although it is now over this.
