Despite multiple follow-ups, WhatsApp messages, and calls, the workshop is neither resolving the issue nor responding properly. This has caused major inconvenience and loss of trust. Requesting immediate intervention from Royal Enfield support.

There I discovered that the battery serial/number on my invoice does NOT match the battery currently installed in the bike. The battery also has an MFG date of 27/03/26, which raises serious concerns. I suspect the battery may have been swapped during the radiator repair.
