@brendanshowbiz @Pebbles1121 Like myself, sometimes #Habs fans have misguided passion. But I will take misguided passion over no passion every day. Bring on Buffalo.

BELIEVE. I'm often accused of being of little faith but I'm just a cranky believer. I luv the Habs more than most things & so no shots in a period is UNACCEPTABLE. But I always knew they had this. Cos we need 2 more weeks of What the Puck in the bars & more sales for Habs Nation.

Take a bow, Jakub Dobeš 👏 The Habs' netminder was crucial in securing a Game 7 win, saving 28 of 29 shots on goal. 😤

Alex Newhook just takes a whack at this bounce and the #Habs are up 2-1.

Game 6 I never thought we would lose. I don't see any situation or scenario that the #Habs win this game.

@biigshoota @fnveenie I think they are already at the stage where losing is losing. They are capable of winning the series unlike Washington last year.

@HabsScott @fnveenie At worst, it's more of a plateau than a step back, but I agree. There's no moral victory in potentially wasting a season like this with a first round exit. I think the question is how many times can they lose and learn before they're simply just losing?

The problem with accepting moral victories is it can be difficult to know when to stop settling for them. Regardless of outcome, this season is a huge success, however, they have a chance to do something truly special. Seize the moment. These opportunities are not guaranteed.

Day after: Home ice. Kucherov in the box. PP in OT. It had all the settings of a Caufield goal. Montreal would have lost their shit. If we lose in game 7 that was the moment. If we win all is forgotten #Habs

@KamalPanesar Costly error on the last goal. I might go Struble.

If Dobson is ready to roll Sunday, I'm taking Struble out, not Xhekaj. Arber has morphed into a reliable, physically imposing d-man. His strength and ability to lay devastating hits gives him the edge over Struble, and the #Habs need that element on the ice.

Sunday is either going to show the #Habs are ready to make that next step or we go into next season wondering if they can make the next step. A win is crucial.

@HabsScott In all fairness, this was a great played game by both teams. Goalies stole the show. This whole series has been phenomenal.

After watching the winning goal 100 times. The 5 man unit was awful. 77 shows no effort getting picked. 72 chases the same guy as 76. 21 can't wrap up 3 attempts by TB. No urgency at all #Habs Bring on game 7.

Is the Slaf hit still series defining, or can we move on now. One play only defines the series if you let it. #Habs

@EricEngels No. I would rather them call everything than the randoms they did and didn't call last night.

I thought the officials last night did a good job. Relatively much better than Games 3&4. They missed a couple, but that happens. Shouldn’t expect perfection. They didn’t bite on the embellishment, they called what they had to call, and they mainly got out of the way and let the players decide the outcome.
