We're so grateful that we're not renting. And in just 2 more generations, we'll own it outright. We've only paid $8.6 million in interest. The apartment was $500k initially. The apartment's downtown, near GloboCorp where my grandfather used to work. He died at his desk and they forgot to tell us about it. We found out a few weeks later, only because Blackrock starting chasing us for mortgage payments. Sometimes I get sad knowing that I won't see the apartment paid off in my lifetime. But I know we're building Generational Wealth, so that's OK.

BREAKING: My ETF is now facing a de-listing attempt from the stock exchange after we said that we’d stop investing in companies that replace American workers with foreign H-1Bs. I’ve asked SEC Chairman @SECPaulSAtkins to immediately halt the attempted delisting pending completion of an investigation into whether the trustees of Tidal Trust III breached their fiduciary obligations under Section 15(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940. Their October 15th press release provided *no basis* for their decision to de-list, stating only: “The Board of Trustees of Tidal Trust III has determined that closing and liquidating the funds is in the best interest of each fund and its shareholders." How is shutting down an ETF that has returned 7% in three months in the “best interest” of shareholders? To be clear, Tidal Trust III did not call for a shareholder vote or seek any shareholder input. This is yet another disgusting case of de-banking. First Wall Street came for President Trump’s accounts. Then his family's accounts. Now Wall St is targeting conservative businesses that are standing up against the globalist agenda to replace American citizens with cheap, foreign labor from the third-world.
