Been talking a lot about workplace culture lately.
When you’ve been in it for a few decades, you see the good, the bad, and what can be better.
I had a presentation on it this week, another a few weeks ago, and one coming up soon.
It’s encouraging to see it’s a topic people want to bring forward.
Because culture doesn’t just happen.
And it takes real work to keep it healthy.
Is all culture aspirational?
Maybe.
Even the best words on the wall won’t build trust, accountability, or respect on their own.
We choose
every meeting, every message, every moment
whether to make it real.
Culture isn’t a statement.
It’s a decision.
Daily.
I think it’s a topic worth talking about.
Putting it out there.
