Preview OpenGraph cards before you deploy. 👀 🤓 I built a GitHub Copilot app canvas for 9 social platforms, localhost URLs, raw metadata, diagnostics, and Copilot-ready fixes. Article + video: davidpine.dev/posts/opengrap… Open source in @aspiredotdev

🚀 New video: I built an #OpenGraph preview Canvas for the #GitHubCopilotApp. Browse @aspiredotdev → live social cards → raw OG metadata → launch a sub-session from a 1-click diagnostic. OSS, free, and it works on localhost 👇 youtu.be/Rp36LqdQm10

Subagents are not free. Every handoff has coordination cost, more tool calls, and more chances to drift. The win is not 'delegate more'; it is 'delegate when the work is independent and specialist help creates leverage.' Good write-up from GitHub on Copilot CLI: github.blog/ai-and-ml/how-…

Canvases: The GitHub Copilot App Game-Changer for Agents Get the app: gh.io/app Discover the hidden power of GitHub Copilot's canvases — custom, interactive sidebars that transform how you work with agents. I walk through building a personal hub that tracks repos, open PRs, deployments and lets you spin up two‑way agent sessions to refine specs, run triage, or fire off GitHub Actions. He demos repo-action dashboards, a Tiny Tool Town submitter that parses READMEs and submits tools, and the Focus Plan for picking prioritized work or assigning tasks to cloud agents. Most useful: you can create a canvas in minutes with a single "create canvas" prompt, scope it to user/project/session, share it via Awesome Copilot or a gist, and automate routine dev tasks. If you want faster triage, repeatable workflows, and playful community-made tools, this episode is a hands-on guide to rethinking your dev workflow with canvases. @Ferbin08 @aspiredotdev We kept the post short, but one of the main details is that we have a bunch of skills in place that are part of the instructions. When docs are drafted, they're done using a docs-writer skill, then they're vetted using a docs-tester skill. A combination of checks/balances are key

🚀 Shipped og:image:type to @aspiredotdev's social cards today. Now a crawler knows the card's a PNG before it downloads a single byte, no content sniffing needed. A tiny tag nobody notices, which is kinda the whole point. 🤓 #aspiredotdev

Inspired by the recent @shanselman interview I watched, he shoes a "Hanselhub" basically of how he like to manage his workload. I played around with canvas in the Copilot app, and the James Hub is all things that I care about, how I like to work on projects, and helps me figure what I have time for. Pretty neat! Still working on it.

We heard you. And we agree. In light of recent developments in physical media, GitHub is proud to announce that you can now obtain your public repo on CD-ROM. Keep it. Lend it to friends. Pass it on to your children. Your code is physically yours, forever. Until you lose it, let's be real. Order yours today. gh.io/cd
