For decades, many parts of Iran have struggled with severe drought. Now, some of those same regions are seeing levels of rain and snowfall not recorded in over 60 years. This shift comes shortly after a strike on a secret weather-modification and cloud-seeding base in the UAE, raising new questions about the timing and cause of the strike.
