But...the same crisis that makes digital work so important also undermines its feasibility, even more so for refugees, who are excluded from digital payment, often cannot join platforms, and overall, are outcast into a digital space of exile.

Our answer is twofold: yes, web-based income opportunities do theoretically offer exactly what people living in. collapsing economies need: foreign currency, additional job opportunities not bound to local markets, etc. But....
