Congratulations but ain't no left-hand vehicle getting registered in SA they do not allow it, you can only use carnet lisence valid for a year. Please share how did you get it right to register a left-hand drive vehicle in South Africa. Selwyn in Cape Town South Africa's number one car collector cannot register his La-Ferrari in South Africa coz it's a left-hand drive instead it's register in Switzerland, however he does have in Cape Town with a carnet lisence which renews every 12 months but the vehicle has to exit the country and come back again into the country. I stand to be corrected, that's last time I checked.
