Separately today, FinCEN issued a proposed rule paving the way to pay whistleblowers for actionable tips.

@RapidResponse47 Belarus is Russia's ally. Trump had us vote with Russia and Belarus at the UN in February 2025. This prisoner release gives Trump an excuse to lift sanctions. Something Putin would like to see. It helps Russia.
