Mathurin has the size and athleticism to be an elite combo guard in this league. He might not be an all-star on paper but his production will be in the future. Just needs to play more than 28 mpg.

The Pacers move was always gonna be judged based on a coin flip. If it went their way, it'd be a genius win-win. If it didn't, it'd be seen as reckless. It did not go their way, which hurts! But I don't think it's a disaster. Zu really strengthens them as contenders right now.

A message Pacers fans flipping out: Yes it sucks that we lost the chance at a generational player in the top 4. However if Pritchard had not traded that pick, our pick would have fallen from 2 to 5 either way and we’d all be mad. We walk out with a big and got 2 years to win it.

We watched the team’s franchise player sustain a major injury in the most heartbreaking way possible on the cusp of a championship. Then, watched the rest of the team get torpedoed by non-stop injuries. There were two franchise-worst losing streaks. Now, this.
