Gensyn Community Growing Fast: So how can you contribute?
@gensynai community is growing every day, and I keep hearing the same question Where do I start?Resources are currently limited and there isn't enough guidance, so today I want to detail the process. There are many ways you can contribute, and it's not too late to get involved.
You can join the testnet by setting up a Node, participate in the Pioneer program by staying active on Discord and X, or provide technical support via GitHub.
First, let's talk about the Pioneer Program, which is the most frequently asked about.

Pioneer Program is designed to reward the community's most active members and consists of three stages:
Rover⭐️
- First stage is the entry role. Gensyn team carefully selects individuals who contributing the community. Currently, only about 100 people in the community have this role.
Navigator⭐️⭐️
- Second tier role. It's a valuable level that members who have taken on the Rover role and provided consistent contributions can advance to.
Pioneer ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Third and highest level role. I believe very few people will achieve it. It will be carefully awarded by the team only to those who truly embody the Gensyn spirit and make extraordinary contributions to the project.
Application forms for these three tier roles are currently closed. Approximately 3,300 people filled out the previous form, and unfortunately, the reviews are not yet complete. Our moderator Kumo stated that there are 1,400 people left to review and that their goal is to complete this process by next Wednesday or Thursday. Until the forms reopen, I recommend preparing yourself by producing quality content and helping the community.

Now, let's talk about our Gensyn Testnet. The testnet has been active for about 8 months, so technically, we can't say we are in the "very early" stages. However, I definitely recommend setting it up and experiencing it to understand the logic of the network.
RL-Swarm
🔸 Backbone of the testnet. A collective Reinforcement Learning experiment that allows distributed nodes to train a shared model. If you're familiar with using the terminal, you can easily set it up.

Code Assist
🔸Network's newest and most exciting part. A personal AI assistant that runs entirely on your local machine and learns your style as you code.

Block Assist
🔸Gamified contribution model that works through Minecraft. You train an AI agent in the background while you play the game.
