Who remembers this? SPLC lawyer charged over Antifa terrorist attack in 2023. Guess what happened, by the way? He faced no consequences. I contacted SPLC spokesman @MichaelEHayden at the time to inquire if the nonprofit denounces political violence. They refused to. Now it makes sense given how they’ve been indicted for allegedly paying millions to neo-Nazis, KKK members and someone involved in organizing the Charlottesville alt-right rally.

The deadline was February 23, 2026. The materials are for an active grand jury investigation in Fort Pierce, Florida. It is now two months past the deadline, and the Senate has not fully complied. Prosecutors have been allowed limited access (e.g., reading one Intelligence Committee report in a secure room/SCIF), but the full transmission of records hasn't happened. They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups - even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes.
