@royalmail You have not been back to me about the absence of deliveries in north Lichfield since 2nd January. People waiting for important mail have to queue for nearly an hour at the RM office to collect passports, bank cards, hospital appointments. Any explanation?

@royalmail Customer Service line has been hacked by fraudsters. Be careful if your call is answered quickly - they are taking advantage of the 50 minute wait! If they start offering compensation, put the phone down!

No postal deliveries in our part of Lichfield this year! Queues outside the Royal Mail office suggest that we’re not alone. And the website shows a package I sent high priority (delivery next day) on the 8th has still not been delivered. Is nothing working in this privatised UK?
