Completed my 60th lap around the sun today. A lot of men in my family died in their 60s. I’m going for 70+. I had another very good day today. Quality time with my wife. Good progress building my app. Dinner with good friends. Birthday wishes from many friends. Life is wonderful. Make sure you’re living it to its fullest.

Well it was 31 years yesterday since my first transplant today marks the day I have now lived longer with my transplants than before I had my first one. It’s a real milestone for me. I would like to give thanks to my anonymous first donor and Ali May my second donor. Without them I just wouldn’t be here. Also thanks to the wonderful NHS who have kept me alive and thriving. Last but not least to my family and friends, my family have always been there to support me my parents my sisters Elaine and Yvonne Deb my wife who gave me my fabulous daughter Jennifer. Having my daughter Jennifer has been the greatest gift of my life. Deirdre who was such a wonderful partner. Frankie who introduced me to the transplant games and Prestonfield Golf Club. The SMARTS and Broughton Boys! Thanks each and everyone of you these years have been such a gift let’s hope for another 30 healthy years!
