Life/Health update going on to a Year and 7 months strong and 80kg down focusing on me and the quality of life I want to lead. To be better with travel, more confident in my own skin and reflection and most importantly just feeling better waking up. I don't post these too often because I still have the demons in my head that remind me of what I was, but I choose to post for the people on similar roads.
