When I say I've seen shege, believe me! Facebook reminded me today, of this story I wrote in 2020. It was 2 years after the breakup and I was healed. This is 1 part of the story. There are continuations. I became a writer after this so I guess some disappointments are blessings.

LRT Relationships these days feel emptier than ever. People crave the idea of love, but avoid everything that keeps love alive , honesty, consistency, vulnerability, patience, accountability. Now it’s all mind games, ego, temporary feelings, and silent competitions about who cares less. People talk all day and still don’t connect. They stay together and still feel lonely. Love and Relationships has become transactional. Who texted first. Who cares less. Who has more options. Who spends more money. Who apologizes louder. It’s exhausting. Everybody wants to be loved deeply, but very few people are willing to love deeply anymore. And honestly, that’s the saddest part.

Going forward, the Gloria will no longer be said during the normal weekday Masses as we witnessed from Easter Monday to Easter Saturday. 5. It will come back again on the Mass of the Pentecost Sunday to mark the end of Easter Season. 6. There is a Divine Mercy Indulgence attached to this Sunday. The Church offers a plenary indulgence for participants in Divine Mercy devotions who also fulfill specific conditions, including confession.

The Church is considered catholic because Jesus is there. Because He’s the head of the operation, the Church gets the fullness of everything needed for salvation. This includes: the complete confession of faith (no missing chapters), all the sacraments, a direct line of leadership back to the original Apostles. 3. Whether a church is tiny, poor, or far away, if they have a bishop and are celebrating the Eucharist, Christ is there. You don't need a megachurch to have the whole Church. 4. To keep everyone on the same page, these local churches stay in communion (basically, a formal bond) with the Church of Rome. It acts as the foundation to make sure everyone stays united. 5. Being universal does not mean everyone has to be identical. The Church puts down roots in different cultures, which means: different styles of worship and music, different traditions and spiritualities. It is like a painting that has different colors that, when put together, shows off one big, beautiful picture. 6. The Church is Catholic because it has the full truth, is meant for the whole world, and manages to stay one single family despite being spread across every culture on the planet.

You are a Catholic, you are in a public gathering, they asked you to lead the prayer and you cannot start by saying "In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" because you don't want to offend the penticostals brethren around you. Can't you see your problem? Tell me what exactly is wrong with starting your prayers with "In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" Do they, the protestants, not believe in the Holy Trinity? Some of you "Catholics" are just weak, too weak. 🤣😂 The same protestants you are trying so hard not to offend will spare no breathe to tell you that you are all idol worshippers.😂😂

Please, the Catholic church has her rules. Whenever you go to a Catholic church, kindly do not receive communion. If you were once a Catholic and you digressed a bit, whenever you attend mass, do not go to receive communion. The latter should go for confession first. Same with Anglicans. 3. You cannot go to a golfclub situated in your village and begin to play in there because it is in your village. You will be kicked out. As a student, you cannot go another school and demand to receive classes and other benefits. 4. Despite the fact that I am a priest of the Catholic Church, in my house, there is a particular chair my dad always sits on. I never sit on it. This is the respect I owe my father. 5. We acknowledge the fact that you live a life of holiness and deep love for Jesus, and that you walk by faith and not by sight, and that you are a child of God, and God is your father. Please do not come out to receive communion. It is against the Catholic laws. Please. Respect yourself and save your soul. God cannot be mocked. 6. Kindly stay back at your seats and pray. We are all Christians but we are not under the same authority. We do not tell you what you do in your church, so do not impose your style on us. If you allow anybody and everybody to receive your communion, good for you. We do not allow that. Respect yourself, God cannot be mocked. 7. In the Catholic church, before one receives the communion, you must be baptised and you must go for catechism class and graduate before you receive communion. God cannot be mocked. Thank you.

Lent may be over, but the call to holiness is not. The discipline, prayer, and sacrifices of the season were not meant to end - they were meant to shape a new way of living. Stay steadfast. Let the grace you received bear fruit in a life of righteousness, consistency, and deeper love for God.

After attending Chrism Mass today for the second time in my life, I just want to say it clearly that I'm a Catholic apologist. I'm first Catholic before anything. Being a Catholic is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Thank you!
