Trust me, as someone that LA28 will be my 6th Olympic Games, you are going to have MANY chances over the next two years. Repeating what I heard from Willie and Basch on today's show talking about Iowa's assistant opening: 1. Iowa never reached out to Yianni 2. Both said it wouldn't make sense to have an outside hire if Iowa were to end up "cleaning house" in a couple years when the Brands are done. 3. Willie has it on good authority that it will be Jacob Warner: "It makes all the sense in the world... He's from Iowa, knows the program, obviously works well with T&T. Maybe it's not the splash that Iowa fans want but all things considered in that environment, it makes a whole heck of sense." 🚨I'm not breaking any news just simply repeating what I watched from their show today.

Before departing from Nebraska, AJ Ferrari proactively reached out to multiple teams to assess their interest in forming a future WWE tag team with his brother. It's important to clarify that this does not involve Angelo. While AJ is hopeful for two more years of eligibility, there’s uncertainty around whether he will be granted even one year. Furthermore, I doubt the NCAA will make a decision regarding his eligibility before the transfer portal closes, which could severely limit his options as teams fill their roster spots. Several Big Ten schools were contacted, and some held in-depth conversations rather than just casual inquiries. The exciting proposal is to create a dynamic brother duo at the 149 and 197-pound weight classes. I can promise you that if AJ gets another year, a Big Ten team will take the risk once again.

@jayborschel Agreed…there’s a difference in edge wrestling and stalling to the edge of the mat.

This highlights a main issue with the step out. We expand the scoring surface area of the mat but then discourage the use of it with step out. I like edge wrestling too but we can’t dislike when people use it. We do have penalties, we just don’t call stalling. As a community, we need to get much more unbiased of our wrestler or team, stalling is stalling and shame on the wrestler for putting the ref in the position to have to call it. He’ll, let’s offer bonuses for stall calls (not really, but have we thought about it this way)
