@WR4NYGov No. They don't. The roads get remade constantly in some areas. Other places you need a tank to pass. This picture is not the standard. Over all its ok. You can get from a to b. ... but its not without reason you see so many pickup trucks and suv here 😵‍💫

A $9 coffee is not an “affordable premium experience” for a normal household. That’s more than a whole bag of coffee you can make at home for the week. I’ll buy coffee out maybe once a year if I’m desperate, but regular coffee runs are one of the easiest places to stop bleeding money without changing your life that much. Am I wrong, or is coffee at home the easiest budget win?

$14 trillion divided by the roughly 50 million Black Americans (latest estimates ~49-52M including multiracial) comes to about $280,000 per person. Note the original claim specifies descendants of the enslaved, which is a subset of that total, so the per-person figure would be higher for eligibles.

Tiktok is no. 1 here now. Shopee no.2 and lazada no.3. As a seller, tiktok is super greedy. Pay or get shadow banned. I wish amazon would open here. Shopee is ok but you need a huge shop with a lot of products. Exposure is not easy on shopee unless people search for you. Lazada even harder. Im platinum seller on tiktok. Not even close on the other platforms. Some day.. some day.. lol

Short history of modern China to loosely match the quoted USSR history After Mao Zedong died, it turned out the Gang of Four had taken things a bit too far. Hua Guofeng stepped in, restored order, and arrested them. A few years later, it turned out Hua’s approach—“whatever Mao said is correct”—was maybe not the long-term plan. So Deng Xiaoping returned, quietly outmaneuvered him, and introduced reforms… while explaining that some past policies had been, let’s say, suboptimal. Then came 1989 and the Tiananmen Square protests. It turned out that Zhao Ziyang had been a bit too understanding. He was removed, and stability was restored. After Deng, Jiang Zemin presided over rapid growth. Corruption was acknowledged, but also… growth! Then Hu Jintao continued things, and it turned out growth plus corruption equals more corruption. Enter Xi Jinping, who announced that corruption was very serious indeed—and proceeded to prove it by investigating a remarkable number of people, including Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai. Now the Party is disciplined, corruption is being defeated, and everything is firmly under control. Which, historically speaking, is exactly when things are finally under control. Until the next clarification.

Yes! But in 1982, my high school didn't teach boys typing because it was for secretaries Schools didn’t anticipate computers in every home just 4 years later 🤓 In 2024, only 14% of US public K-12 schools taught appropriate AI use. History is repeating

I thought about making content about different topics but i know, i would not be consistent. The algorithm would not care about me one bit. I would not be able to build any kind of community. My brand have big following on TikTok where i sell stuff. I know what it takes. Vies for ads money is a tough game. I have over 50K affiliates who sell of me. It would be a tough grind to make money from ESP32 videos, CAD videos, 3D print videos, videos about videos etc. It's already a grind to get a video or two out for my brand, and they are short. "here is my product, it's great, buy it" kind of videos. Minimal edit. Just large volume. That is what it takes. Sometimes one will, for what ever reason, hit a nerve and get millions of views. It's very very random and takes luck and grind. I choose to put my focus in something that build up life. Who know. Maybe someday i will make some videos about stuff i do and be happy with 1 view from my mom. lol. But yes, giving up your day job to become an influencer is bad timing. If you don't make stable money on your videos, don't make it your fulltime job. You are 99+% sure to fail.

Do not quit your day job to become a content creator. It is very difficult and there are many risks. Only a few people will succeed. Let me tell you my story. I started making videos successfully in 2019. Mostly about Tesla and SpaceX and other tech topics. At my peak, I made $8500 in one month. I got into the Tesla space early and I was successful for a while. Eventually others flooded in. There are probably 10 times as many content creators in the Tesla space as there were when I started. The audience is not much bigger than it was. Stephen Mark Ryan is a great example. We have very similar views. He’s better than me at this and he works harder. I thought about copying what he was doing, but realized I needed to be myself. I’ve seen many content creators come and go in the Tesla space and related topics. Tesla Economist is a great example. He copied Steven. But he didn’t understand. He was chasing algorithms and he caught STEDs. There are so many ways that you can fail: Competition Demonetization Censorship Losing touch Burn out STEDs I didn’t have a day job to quit. I never tried very hard to make money or to grow my channel as much as others do. Tesla’s success made me financially independent. I create content about what I’m excited about. This is key to avoiding burnout. Chasing algorithms is a fool’s errand. If you’re looking for a way of being productive in today’s world, dig into AI and start building something meaningful. Let’s be careful out there.
