Here's my submission to @framer_x's Cartoon Hero Fighter Joe competition. It tells the story of a captured Dacian warrior forced to fight as a Roman gladiator, facing one final battle that promises either freedom or death. I deviated quite a bit from the original story and the suggested workflow. I spent waaay more time on the story shots than on the actual fight scenes, and I ran out of time, so the ending is quite abrupt. Leaving things for the last minute is apparently not a good strategy. 😢 Anyway... I present you the story of Duras Dacicus!
