The idea that Good tried to gun the engine while her vehicle was directly facing the officer who shot her--but spun out on the ice instead, therefore narrowly missing him--has become ubiquitous today. But it's totally bogus: a pure misread of a tiny hitch in the wheelbase as she shifts her car from R to D.
How can you tell? Because only her front tires move. As is clear from pictures of the crash, Good's Pilot was a 4WD vehicle. If she'd actually pressed down the gas at the officer in that moment, as Tim Pool and others have claimed, all four wheels would have been spinning.
Obviously there are much more obvious reasons why that account is bogus--cars don't "spin out" by their front tires going forward a single 12th of a rotation--but I've seen a lot of people seemingly totally convinced by this. It's a total red herring intended, as with so much of this, to distract from the obvious: that an insanely trigger-happy ICE agent killed a woman and the White House spent the next 36 hours lying through their teeth about it.

I just played video of a witness describing how the woman was the "lead car" in the effort to block in and obstruct ICE. This is why her partner was in the street recording and not also in the car. When they moved to detain her is when she decided to accelerate and hit agents.

40% of the Land in the 48 lower states is owned by government. 96% of Alaska is owned by government. 50% of the West is owned by the federal government. America was founded on the idea that the people would own the land and therefore have the means to control our government. This is why the East is largely private. --The more federal control of our land, the less liberty we the people have. -- Why not identify parcels that would be better served if privately owned to reduce our national debt and increase opportunity for the people? -- Congressional leaders have made clear they are not considering releasing protected lands.
