I’ve had to call @British_Airways 3 times now…. Well over an hour and a half on the phone to get my reserved seats sorted for Lianne and I with a child on lap, and it’s STILL not done. The seats I wanted to reserve a month ago are now gone. It’s so frustrating!!!
