But the feed just tells you what is popular, not what is true” “And so, the issue here though is you can't just say, ‘everything is wrong, therefore I'm just going to trust anything’” “We need to actually figure out and engage with the non-trivial problem of building a better information supply chain than the one that already exists” “So how do we do that? So the most important tool for this, and I'll go into how this applies to something I'm calling the ledger of record, by reference to the paper of record or the distributed ledger, it's kind of a merger of the two concepts” “And so it starts with the observation that many articles are actually wrappers around numbers. @OLBJAN Wenn es zu Wettbewerb und Fortschritt führt gerne aber doch nicht damit sich die Verwaltungen untereinander mit sich selbst beschäftigen weil die Tochtergesellschaften die Bereiche wechseln und deshalb alles verschleppen.. Das führt doch genau zu dem von dir genannten Problem

@Hardscript1 Mal ehrlich, wenn du das anschaust dann ist nicht die eon das Problem. Da haben die kleineren Töchter wenigstens Zugriff auf Know-How und Ressourcen des Mutterkonzerns. Wir wollen doch eigentlich weniger kleinteilige Einheiten?

Netzausschreibungen + Abschreibung = Stillstand? Jap. Gestern hatte ich ein spannendes Gespräch mit meinem Schwiegervater. Er war ja seine gesamte berufliche Karriere bei der RWE und hat so einiges zu erzählen bzw dient mir bei meinen Fragen wie das eigentlich alles so gemacht wird mit den Stromnetzen. Es ging um die Neuausschreibung eines lokalen Verteilnetzbereiches. Er erzählte dieses Netz wechselt alle 20 Jahre den Betreiber, jedes mal wenn die Konzession ausgeschrieben wurde bekam sie ein anderer Betreiber. Soweit so üblich - aber was bedeutet das? Der neue Betreiber erhält ein Netz das 20 Jahre lang von einer anderen Firma betreut wurde. Niemand traut den Stammdaten. Der Doku. Investitionen und Modernisierung müssen geprüft werden. Beispiel war der Umbau der Mittelspannung von 11kV auf 20kV. - immerhin 80% mehr Kapazität, geringere Verluste, aber auch Tausch von vielen vielen Komponenten sowohl im Netz, aber auch bei direkt an die Mittelspannung angeschlossenen Betrieben. Seine Aufgabe war es mal die Umstellung technisch durchzurechnen und er kam damals zum Ergebnis es würde Sinn machen aufzurüsten, die Geschichte des Netzgebiets mit Wechsel alle 20 Jahre machte die finale Entscheidung dann aber zu einer Betriebswirtschaftlichen. Und die fiel negativ aus. Weil man die Kosten über 20 Jahre nicht hätte wieder reinholen können oder die Netzentgelte für die betroffenen Haushalte und Betriebe zu stark gestiegen wären. Auch die Restwerte nach 20 Jahren wären nur mit hohen Risiken kalkulierbar - wie bei Ende der Konzession Restwerte Berechnet werden kann man noch nicht sagen. Geld verdient wird am Netz nur mit bereits abgeschriebenen Assets, da deren Lebenszeit oft Jahrzehnte länger ist. So haben wir ein System geschaffen bei dem nur das absolut dringendst nötige gemacht wird und ansonsten Stillstand herrscht. Weil die Planungs- und Verwendungszeiträume der Infrastruktur die Zeithorizonte unserer Politik weit überschreiten. Fein raus sind Stadtwerke in Großstädten oder sehr große Betreiber wie Netze BW. Deren Risiko die Konzession zu verlieren ist Größenordnungen kleiner als im ländlichen Raum.

Bei den aktuellen Heizölpreisen (1,5€ pro Liter) lohnt sich ein 65%-Umstieg auf eine Wärmepumpe (in Form einer Split-Klimaanlage/LLWP) bei einem 150 m²-Einfamilienhaus mit 3.000 Litern Verbrauch pro Jahr. Quelle für Chart: Heizoel24.

@itengelhardt Hier läuft derzeit 1 Innengeräte und 1 Außengerät auf L2 zusätzlich zum ganz normalen Hausverbrauch.. Außentemperatur 11°C

Ideal daran: Eine Wärmepumpe hat bei diesen Temperaturen oft noch einen COP ("Wirkungsgrad") von 3,0 oder besser. D.h. sie ist hier super sparsam und eine kWh Wärme im Haus kostet dich nur 10 Cent - statt 15 - 20 Cent bei Öl (Wirkungsgrad der Ölheizung 80-90%!).

Es gibt aber einiges zu beachten: 1. Eine Klimaanlage ersetzt NICHT deine Ölheizung - u.a. weil sie kein Warmwasser erzeugt 2. Eine Wärmepumpe ist besonders effizient, wenn es draußen "warm" ist 3. 65% deines Heizbedarfes hast du (hängt von PLZ ab) bei ÜBER 2°C
