@Telugu_EV_Guy @VenomsTech Yes.. dats wat happened in my case .. insurance will be silent ... Nd dealer will be charging the customers with those charges ... Finally forcing the customers to accept for the repairs .. it is a wide spread coordinated scam particularly when RTI addon is taken.

It is unbelievable that @Mahindra_Auto @ICICILombard still did not do anything!!!! Still trying to fix the car instead of replacement 🤦‍♂️

The same thing happened to me with honda cars and tata aig.. all insurers, dealers and car manufacturers are risking indian public life in the name of repairs. The dealer and car OEM shd stand with their customer against the insurer. If total loss is declared dealer n OEM wont get any share of money, so they collude with insurer.

Seeing @VenomsTech share his horrible experience with Mahindra and the insurance issue just proves a point. This is why I keep recommending Japanese car brands. They do not chase trends blindly. They focus on reliability, proper testing, and long term durability.

@V15Tk @abhishek @VenomsTech Even Tata AIG did the same with my claim after an 8000 kg crane counter weight had directly hit my vehicle honda city. Since , I was having RTI, the dealer , honda cars india and the insurer forced me to approve for the unsafe repairs.

@abhishek @VenomsTech Insurer could have declared the car is total damage, salvage the car and auctioned its parts to get some monetary value. This way end user would have been happy with the new car, but risking repair in such a damaged vehicle is unethical and any incident which happens as a result

Yet again, both Mahindra and Icici lombard could have handled this better and all this bad experience and reputation damage could have been avoided. 😐

⚠️More Issues Found in Mahindra XEV 9E⚠️ - Infotainment system is glitching - Android auto stucks randomly - Key fob doesn't gets detected even it's inside the car & car starts honking - Battery is not performing well, it came from 498 KMs(98% battery) to 262 KMs (60%) after 70 KMs drive. -Range keeps on fluctuating while turning on & off -Driver seat sensor detects person sitting on Digital Driver Display even if no one is sitting. -Headlight of the car going on & off -Intermittent humming noise noticed inside the cabin. -Green Lines appeared on Infotainment system then it went fine automatically. -Left side mirror is not working with memory seats. ⚠️This is deeply disappointing and concerning. I no longer feel safe driving this vehicle. When basic systems can’t be trusted, how can I trust an EV where everything runs on technology and battery?
