Running ….. Managed to complete #C25K earlier this year and then got into running 2-3 times a week for 30 mins then slowly it’s dropped back then got harder…. Now I haven’t run for >10 days and don’t reckon I could run up my street …. 😬 About this 1/2 Marathon.. 🤦‍♂️
