Most people know Gene Roddenberry as the creator of #StarTrek What very few people know is that in the 1970s he attended real psychic experiments attempting to communicate with a group of entities called The Nine. The tapes from those sessions still exist. I just released a video breaking down the story.

@chrisramsay52 Not just worth it. I'd argue that it's required reading. It's largely regarded to be some of the best channeled material we have. Wherever you land on it, it's difficult to overstate its influence on the field.

In reflecting on Matt Brown's cryptic comments about the "murdering" of "the first sentient" AI, a few key points of clarity are in order. Let's begin by defining consciousness and sentience: Consciousness refers to the capacity to have subjective experience or awareness — an inner, first-person point of view. It involves being aware that one exists and what one is experiencing (e.g., thoughts, sensations, emotions). Sentience generally refers to the capacity to feel or perceive — particularly the ability to experience pain, pleasure, or other sensory inputs. It does not necessarily imply self-awareness or higher-order thinking. All armchair postulating aside, there is no way that our contemporary AI architectures/models can actually produce consciousness as described above. You just can't get there from here. To think we can demonstrates a classic category error. Our contemporary AI is all just super fast, hyper-nuanced algorithmic sorting powered by optimization functions (i.e. math). It *mimics* aspects of consciousness, but—under closer scrutiny—still not all that well. It's a stretch to think it even gets anywhere close to actual sentience. This is tricky—in part—because people use these terms in different ways, without realizing they're doing so. Hence the need for the definitions above. Now—back to Brown's post—this begs the question: does he understand the inner workings of AI enough to be making the claims he is, or is he making the standard category error? If he does "get it," then it's possible the AI he's referring to is something categorically different—perhaps even some derivation of AI provided by (or originating with) NHI/NcHI. This would be a completely different notion of AI, rather than just a further iteration of our current architecture and models. If you're going to reverse engineer something, an NHI's AI would be vastly more powerful and strategically significant than any particular craft, especially if it can get around time as generally conceived of, as one might conclude after reading Brown's cryptic comments about its formidable (and categorically different?) predictive powers. #ufotwitter #ufoX

WSJ article is bad reporting. But @billeecox has done some of the best work in ufology, even though a lot of people don't realize it. His work on Wilson/Davis was fantastic. Wilson to @rosscoulthart: Oke Shannon is completely unknown to me. Oke Shannon to Cox: "Um, I know Admiral Wilson. Or I knew him." Billy's article, which was far from fluff, on the work of @ddeanjohnson is pretty damned good. If the info. this community puts out (such as Vallee's Trinity or Malmgren's Bluegill Triple Prime alleged UFO connection, which was featured in an article in Sharp's @LiberationTimes and written by Geoff Cruickshank) can't stand up to big, 'ole bad DDJ (whom my friend, jokingly calls "Mr. Red Ink"), we'll never get anywhere. Link to Billy's article is in the replies.

Warning: LAP - Long-Ass Post ahead... @JeremyCorbell: "So let's just separate, you know, for our audience and people kind of meeting you for the first time. So there's certain stuff you were exposed to in an official capacity that you've come to a conclusion on, and that you know to be correct, know to be true. Then there are extrapolations and philosophies and ideas from other types of sourcing of information, and we can talk about that kind of in a separate realm. And I value your opinion. I think people will, too, because of your exposure to certain things you're saying and not saying, okay? But if we're talking just about our ideas now." @g_knapp: "You have thoughts about big-picture stuff? Who they are? Is it more than one they? Is it us from the future? ETs, interdimensionals? Do you think there's anybody in government who knows? And if they do know, is there any reason why this should stay secret? At least some of it should stay secret [that] the public cannot handle." Matthew Brown (MB): "No. The only reason for secrecy is fear and greed, and that is the paradigm that we must confront and overcome." (Later on, he says, "I think humanity, to some level, is a resource for them." If that's true, then it might be part of the reason for the secrecy. Karl Nell talks about how catastrophic disclosure could cause societal disruption. Why? Because people may freak out if they find out we're a resource? Or, maybe...part of the reason for the secrecy is that reality is much different than we've been taught and the masses, including lots of scientists, won't be able to handle or accept it? That's me speculating based on what I've consumed about the phenomenon over the decades and what certain people have said about it. IMO, the secrecy is about more than just fear and greed. But I could be 100% wrong.) Brown: "As for the public and what their reaction might be to this information? Good, bad, indifference? I think we already have our answer. It's gonna be indifference, unless the stakes are made clear." (It's been indifference thus far, but we won't know for sure how they'll react until we have TRUE Disclosure. How do I define true Disclosure, as @DanielleLangWa asked me the other day? Every piece of data (documents, photos, audio, videos, materials, etc.) the government has on UAP being made public, without any doubt as to its legitimacy. That may not include details on propulsion...but everything else. I think Brown is right about indifference. Unless it's in our face (a massive craft hanging over a large city for days and days), I think the masses will react for a bit and then go back to their daily lives. But if the phenomenon has had some sort of influence on our lives, continues to do so, and that can be proven, it could (should) make said masses pay close attention and ask questions about how we can change things. That assumes the alleged influence has been negative. If the influence has been positive (I don't see that), keep on influencing! These are MY opinions, and I don't know what Brown meant by "the stakes." Also, there are other wild cards in the "What is Disclosure? sweepstakes. What if an old film is unearthed and it features someone like President Eisenhower describing all aspects of the phenomenon, including what type of species are here? I think that could shock the world.) Corbell: "You're an absolutist. You're like, rip the Band-Aid off." Brown: "There's no Band-Aid, there's no wound. This is not about protecting, healing. This is about power and control. This isn't about trying to save what's good. It's about getting rid of what's evil." (Where did Corbell get the idea that Brown was a rip-the-Band-Aid-off kind of guy? Probably from the conclusion of Immaculate Constellation, written by Brown: "The official disclosure of the existence of Non-Human Intelligences (NHIs) and their presence on Earth is a pivotal moment in human history. The nature of this information is of such incomparable relevance to the public good that it demands to be shared. Some may object and say that disclosure at this time poses too many risks. To them it must be said that we will never be able to predict how individuals, families, communities, and nations will react to revelations of such magnitude. Moving forward, we must guard against the lure of authoritarian solutions justified by expediency and appeals to national security. The Good in humanity will always triumph through time, and it is in moments of crisis that our capacities for achieving the extraordinary are discovered. Be not afraid." ~ To me (and most folks), ripping the Band-Aid off means to just release all of the information at once. Here ya go! And if people can't handle it? Oh well. I support this and I think Brown does, too. At least to some degree. I suspect he just misunderstood the Band-Aid comment from Corbell.) ~ Knapp: "Power and control, meaning controlling the technology, and what it would mean?" Brown: "Those are just means. Controlling humanity." (Well, if he's right and the human gatekeepers are keeping this secret because they want to control humanity, that doesn't rule out the possibility that The Others, who are allegedly here, don't also want to control (and use) us.) Knapp: "So, everything. Do you suspect that there are reverse-engineering programs, that there have been crashes, that there are attempts to replicate that technology? You got hints of it in the ARV or RV." Brown: "Yeah." (Alien Reproduction Vehicle or Reproduction Vehicle. This is what Brown wrote about ARVs/RVs in his Immaculate Constellation report/paper. I will cover the ARV topic more in a future post because I feel it's not given as much attention as it deserves.) ~ "IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION's primary mission is collecting imagery intelligence on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and ARV/RV (Reproduction Vehicles) utilizing tasked and untasked U.S. military-intelligence resources. As part of a network of SAPs linked to Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) and UAP technologies, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION acts as a nexus for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence on the activities, capabilities, and locations of anomalous aerospace threats that originate from foreign or unidentified sources. "The intelligence within the IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION program primarily consists of high-quality Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and collateral Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) of UAPs and ARV/RVs within Earth's atmosphere. The collection platforms involved are a blend of tasked and untasked capabilities in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), the upper atmosphere, military and civilian aviation altitudes and maritime environments. IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION pays particular attention to anomalous aerospace platforms that have been developed through the study or acquisition of technologies of unknown origin by foreign nations or unknown entities. UAP and ARV/RV signatures and preferred operating areas are known to the program, enabling a degree of strategic awareness and warning. Finally, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION shows that UAP and ARV/RVs are operating around the globe, often in close proximity to sensitive foreign assets and locations. "The categorization of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION as a 'parent' USAP, with various 'child' SAPs under its umbrella, indicates a high level of compartmentalization and secrecy. In effect, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION serves as a central or 'parent' USAP that consolidates observations of UAP and ARV activities detected by tasked and untasked collection platforms. Sophisticated internal information security controls are a major part of the IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION program, which enforces compartmentalization by detecting, quarantining, and transferring UAP and RV imagery collection incidents before they are circulated within the Military Intelligence Enterprise. "In conclusion, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION shows that the USG is not only aware of UAPs and TUO, but also foreign state efforts to replicate UAP and TUO capabilities. The data within IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION reveals the capacity of the U.S. Armed Services and Military Intelligence Community to detect, track, identify, and engage anomalous transmedium platforms. IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION also demonstrates the extant capability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and RV collection incidents before they are observed and circulated within the Military Intelligence Enterprise, partially explaining why many otherwise cleared members of the military and IC are unaware of UAP activities. Finally, the existence of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION provides verifiable evidence of the witting participation by elements of the U.S. Armed Services, Defense Civil Service, and the Intelligence Community in a global surveillance and reconnaissance mission tasked with monitoring UAPs and ARV/RVs. "INDOPACOM Intelligence Vessels Positioned to Collect on Reproduction Vehicle: On USG networks, there exists Infrared footage of and imagery of a grouping of vessels engaged in SIGINT and MASINT collection at night in a specific area of the Pacific Ocean. In this footage, which was in close-proximity to the vessels, a large equilateral-triangle UAP suddenly appears directly over the ships. Three bright points are seen at each bottom corner of the UAP, which is observed to slowly rotate on its horizontal access. This rotation partially reveals a horizontal bar of sweeping lights. Intelligence analysis associated with this event specifies that the equilateral-triangle is a Reproduction Vehicle (RV) and concludes that the vessels must have been aware of the RV's frequent use of those coordinates, due to foreign pre-positioning of advanced collection. assets at the exact time and place. After a brief period of hovering and slowly rotating approximately 500-1000 meters above the ocean, the RV suddenly disappears, and the footage - ends. "INDOPACOM Equilateral Triangle UAP Tails Unwitting Vessel: On USG networks, there exists infrared footage of an equilateral-triangle UAP, approximately fighter-jet sized, hovering less than 200 meters above a vessel, in the night at a location in the Pacific. Intelligence analysis associated with this event specifies that the equilateral-triangle is an ARV/RV of unknown origin. The vessel gives no signs that it is aware of the ARV/RV maintaining altitude and bearing directly overhead. Two lights on the underside of the ARV/RV are visible, while a third is blocked from view due to a slightly upward angle of orientation. Conclusion "The official disclosure of the existence of Non-Human Intelligences (NHIs) and their presence on Earth is a pivotal moment in human history. Be not afraid." ~ (Dr. Steven Greer has talked about ARVs over the past 2.5 decades but I believe he learned about their alleged existence from now Retired Naval Commander, Will Miller, who was the military advisor for Greer's CSETI for many years. Remember, Miller wrote a letter to Eric Davis in April of 2002 (included in the Wilson/Davis notes), six months before Davis interviewed Admiral Wilson: "l would be willing to assist you and Hal (Puthoff) with your ongoing research into UFO crash retrievals and the entities within the government (or outside of it) that are involved in that business. "...pending further discussion with you and Hal (Puthoff) on your ultimate objectives for having such information, l could provide the following: "The name and last location of a senior officer who I believe had first-hand knowledge (of) U.S. government alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs) at Area-51 and associated locations. (Do we really have craft that can mimic the speed and maneuverability of craft of unknown origin? This anecdote from Miller is one of my favorites that makes me think... Maybe. Miller: "I had a friend, a former military officer who worked with me. [He went to work at] the famous Groom Lake facility, Area 51, and he was out there for several years. As we all know, most folks that work out there have signed their lives away, never to disclose what goes on, and for better or for worse...and this fella was no different. And over the three years I worked with him – and he knew my interest in things extraterrestrial and my work with CSETI – never once did he mention any of his work out at Groom Lake or any association between that and anything extraterrestrial. "And the day I was leaving the command, he took me aside and he said, 'You know, Will, some of the folks you talk with, maybe some CSETI researchers, may see objects that are doing, you know, Mach 9 and then suddenly make a right angle turn and you say, "Well, gosh, that’s got to be an extraterrestrial craft."' And then he looked at me and he said, 'But it’s not.' And he just turned and walked away." ~~~ Knapp: "That we're trying to build what these things can do. Do you think we've done it, that we've accomplished it? Somebody?" Brown: "Yeah, I think we've absolutely replicated some of these capabilities in inferior forms. And often times maybe disaggregated (separate something into its comment parts. ~Joe) from what was at once a unitary system, but we're only able to do a small part what that system does." (If you've heard Corbell talk about reverse engineering derivative technologies based on these materials or craft, Brown may have been one of the sources for that information. But does he (Brown) have firsthand information on the tech and what we've been able to do with it?) Knapp: "We've seen people say they think that the Tic Tac is something we had twenty-one years ago." Corbell: (Laughs) Knapp: "And I'm wondering, well, where the hell is it? And if we have this technology, we've done some of it to get even inferior versions of it. Is that something that's gonna be incorporated into the U.S. military arsenal, or is it something that's outside of it, that's controlled by somebody who's not using it for national defense?" Brown: "I think the U.S. military might be allowed to use some of this technology in the national defense, but I don't think they ultimately have control over it." (If we have reverse engineered some of this tech and part of it is being used by our military, I believe that would be the most highly-guarded secret in our country. So how did Brown form this opinion? Via talking to firsthand sources who know? Through other means? We don't know.) Corbell: "You know, this is a kind of arms race, it's a technology race. Whoever gains the ability to effectively weaponize this, they win. We know that UFOs, due to the propulsion systems, are a matter of national security and weapons of mass destruction. And we know that, we don't think that. We met with people that deal with that, right? "Do you agree with that? Do you think that this is...we are in a race with China and Russia - there's other countries competing to weaponize this - and do you think that's a problem? Because you've dealt with weapons of mass destruction in your official career." Brown: "I think deterrence, strategic deterrence, has migrated out of...sorry, has evolved from being...relying on nuclear weapons as the pinnacle. I believe we have, and others, have developed the means to maybe utilize nuclear reactions to create some very dangerous effects through directed energy." Corbell: "Your concern is directed-energy weaponry?" Brown: "Among many." (Havana Syndrome? Tell us more.) Brown: "But when it comes to WMDs and relations to this technology, I think we have been successful in both deriving new science - that we have then suppressed to preserve a strategic advantage - and I think I probably don't want to talk too much more about deterrents." (If you ever listened to my Michael Via interviews, you know that he believes we have successfully reverse engineered some of this tech (he believes the "majestic" triangular craft he saw in the Persian Gulf in 1992 was ours) and the reason we don't use it is... You don't want to show your adversaries your true capabilities unless you have no choice. You save that for when/if you actually need it. Because once you use it, the cat's of the bag and your adversaries will KNOW that it exists and they will do everything in their power to get that tech for themselves. Plus, as Via said, if it's a new source of power, it could upend the global economy. There was more but those were his main points. I know others may disagree with those takes.) Knapp: "Somebody was flying these things that crashed. Somebody built these things that are being reverse engineered. Who's that somebody, and why don't they come forward? I mean, you know, you may not have seen that in a document or a file or something somewhere, but you've thought about it. You're a smart guy. What are your thoughts on the big-picture questions? Who are they? Why are they here? Why don't they show us what's going on?" Brown: "I think I have a good degree of confidence that the reason they're here is us." (This is supposed to be the part of the interview where Brown shares his opinions, but this seems to be a little bit more than just a simple opinion. To me, "a good degree of confidence" that "they" are here for us implies that he has some sort of insider knowledge. I agree (my opinion) that we're the star in this show, but how did Brown become so confident of that? What/who were his sources? Books? Videos? Talking to people who worked in The Program? We don't get to learn that so we don't know how much weight to give this opinion.) Brown: "I think life, especially sentient life, it's a precious thing. And I think, to some, it might be a resource. I think humanity, to some level, is a resource for them." (How high is his confidence level on that? Extremely important to know and important to know how he formed that opinion.) Corbell: "Like a commodity?" Brown: "Possibly a commodity, possibly a form of entertainment, possibly medical related." ("Possibly." Does that mean his confidence level on that isn't as high as it is on the "they're-here-for-us" opinion?) Knapp: "Think they live here? Brown: "Yes." Knapp: "For all intents and purpose?" Brown: "Yes." Knapp: "Always? Basically?" Brown: "I don't know about always, but it certainly appears that they have been here for most of recorded history. At least some element of this has been here for most of human recorded history." (I agree. Whatever this is has been here for a long time, IMO.) Knapp: "You think we would see them if they didn't let us see 'em, even with our more advanced sensors? That they pop up, but they can also disappear. And do they allow us to get these glimpses? Is that a game of some sort, I wonder? Or an education process?" Brown: "A bizarre one that I could not understand if it is a game." (I think Dr. Frank Salisbury said it best in , "The Utah UFO Display.") "So they want us to know they are there and that they are extremely intelligent and powerful - but evidently they don’t want us to know officially. Their purpose seems to be to confuse and test the sanity of a significant portion of the population, delicately changing our outlook on our universe. But by no means do they want it to become official, scientific knowledge that they are here—and there is plenty of deception going on to hold reasonable scientists at bay!" ~~~ Brown: "I think they're both just as powerful as we think, but also less." (Are they using technology to appear more powerful/advanced?) Brown: "And I think there is not a single they here." Knapp: "Multiple?" Brown: "Multiple. Certainly multiple factions of the same species, if not multiple species." (Again, how confident is he of that and how did he come to form those opinions? Via what sources? Very important. "Certainly" implies more than an opinion. ) Brown: "And all the complexity that brings, which might be our best hope." (What does that mean? If there are multiple factions of one species here, is he suggesting the complexity of that is something we can take advantage of? Maybe one faction wants to use humanity (as a resource) and one wants to help us? If so, why aren't they more open and aggressive with their help? Is it a matter of "them" waiting for humanity as a whole to ask for help as @Courtnoski has said? I'd love for him to expand upon that.) Corbell: "Do they have an agenda? There's different types? You know, what are your philosophies on this? Like, who are The Others? Why are they here? And you've touched upon it, I know, we're kind of going back a little bit. But that is the big question. And I just wanted to separate so people understand your exposure and your personal conclusions." Brown: "So I have been exposed to no direct information on the anatomy, biology, intentions, culture, politics." (No direct information on intentions so I'd love to know how he's so confident that they're here for us and has the opinion that we might be a commodity or resource for them.) Corbell: "Never came across those files (laughs)? Brown: "Never came across those (smiles). I think those are all some of the deepest secrets." Corbell: "Right? They would be, if this is correct information." (They both laugh but if this is what we think it is, those files should exist. Maybe The Document that Retired Naval Commander Will Miller spoke about has those answers?) Will Miller: "Through a former NSA contact of mine, I had the chance to meet with a high-level, retired, National Security Agency, senior civilian. And this gentleman, we talked about the subject of UFOs and, again, whether any government agency either had information on the subject or had interest in. And he revealed one tidbit of information I found very interesting. He said within NSA, there was a document known only as 'The Document' and it was on the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence. And it was so highly classified that only the Director himself and perhaps one or two other people were actually able to view it. Its existence was widely known, but again, very, very close hold information." Source: x.com/TheUfoJoe/stat… ~~~ Brown: "What I have learned is that we live in a dream, a carefully-constructed reality. We make use of a science that is tightly controlled and suppressed and distorted. I think we are left behind." (Basically, what I think he's saying is that, from a scientific and technology standpoint, we have not been privy to the breakthroughs and advancements that someone has achieved so we're living in an old paradigm on that front.) Corbell: "Humans?" Brown: "I think normies, the normal humans, the people, have been left behind." Corbell: "Us." Brown: "Us. People need to understand that we might have freedom of speech, but that has been subverted. We do not have freedom of inquiry. We are blocked from learning what we need to know, just in the public world. We are blocked from advancing in science. We are taught false science, intentionally, to prevent us from learning more. We live in the matrix. It's just much more boring than the movie." (When I first saw, and commented on, this, I thought he was referencing The Matrix as if we live in a simulation and someone is using us like batteries. My bad for prematurely posting. But now that I see the full quote, I see it's more about the truth - scientifically and technologically speaking - being kept from us. Think of it like this: It's 1985 and we're all using horses and buggies for transportation because there's no such thing as automobiles or combustion engines (forget the electric car for this hypothetical). When in reality, automobiles had been invented in 1885 but were kept secret and only used by a very small percentage of humans and the masses had no idea they existed. We would be riding our horses, living a lie, and have no idea that we were missing out on an advancement that could change how we live our lives. Is that what's going on now? Is there some sort of advanced tech (propulsion or energy?) that would change our lives for the better that's being kept from us? If so, I believe, as many others have suggested, that's a crime against humanity. The horse, the horse and buggy, the car... What's next? What do the Gatekeepers have in their technology inventory? Saucers? Triangles? Tic Tacs? Let's find out and change the world.)

God? Don't get me started. Which God? The one who lets people suffer needlessly? I agree this reality is much different than what we've been taught (my opinion) but cringe when someone claims to know anything about an alleged God.

Things considered “true” are mostly merely the background assumptions of a particular discursive community, the boundaries of which are policed by taboo & stigma. Humans seek social affirmation & validation vastly more than “truth”. Most don’t react well when reality breaks in.

Smart people also disproportionately end up in academia and “serious” professional settings where they have strong incentives to convince themselves of specific institutional narratives. Whereas folks not in those professions are less encumbered and freer to pursue actual truth

@planethunter56 It’s more of a metaphysical shop so the UFO section is not that big, but they have surprising things. There’s also the Manly P. Hall Philosophical Research Society bookstore in Los Feliz, and Iliad Books in North Hollywood. But Seven Stars in Boston/Cambridge blows them all away

Disappointed with the “paranormal” section of LA’s landmark The Last Bookstore. No Strieber, no Hynek, no Levenda in sight. And Garrett Graf’s book front and center? Ughh. #ufo #uap #ovni
