Hey @eBay_UK how can you support a buyer who leaves negative feedback simply because he 'feels' disappointed with his purchase even though the item is decribed accurately? Request for negative feedback removal denied. Pathetic! Thankfully we now have @vintedUK

I tried to open a @vintedUK Complaints Board account & make a complaint. The complaint disappeared into thin air like my parcel with @InPostUK Ref: JJD0002213566317196 I tried to log in to the Complaints Board & it would not recognise my pw? Then pw reset never reached my email?

@RBS_Help Hello, I'm wanting to open a Fixed Term Savings Account. I'm having problems with ID. I have Council Tax, Utilities etc. I have a full driving licence but not photo ID licence (paper). Can a bus pass with photo be used or Passport that has expired? Otherwise what to do?
