Today is my last day at QPR FC after three great years.

Hi @British_Airways, I called earlier to change a name on a booking and I ended up having all my flights cancelled on the phone and no help offered.
Case number is 04750583.
I called back and spoke to a lovely chap, Priket who said to me I will get all flights reinstated.

@British_Airways cancelled my flights when trying to do a name change on 19th Dec & they said they would get it sorted in 48/72 hrs and someone would call me or I would get an email. 8 days later, not a peep! Ive called back twice.
