This attack is illegal under U.S. law and under international law. The Constitution says Congress declares war, not the president. He needed consent from Congress. This is also a violation of the UN Charter, as Iran did not attack the United States.

BREAKING: The Trump-owned Crypto company World Liberty Finance, has been found to have raised money from a group with ties to a notorious North Korean hacking organization, a sanctioned Russian “Ruble-backed sanctions evasion tool,” an Iranian crypto exchange and Tornado Cash, a known money laundering platform, a US watchdog alleged.
By selling the tokens, World Liberty Financial took money from people with “open and obvious connections to enemies of the U.S.” and raised national security risks by giving them “a seat at the table” to influence the firm’s governance, Senators agreed and Warren stated.
