Angela is gone. At home comfortable. How lucky I am to have been loved by her. She was gorgeous compassionate tenacious and formidable. But not fearless: she was 47 and not ready to go. My god; what a fight! Death is missing an arm and a leg. Rest easy sweetheart. And thank you X

It’s been a lovely birthday today. Extra special & poignant as I’m now an older age than my mum achieved before she died too young at 55. Not least, because, like her, I had breast cancer in my 40s. But unlike her & thank God for the NHS & medical advances, I’m still here.

@StephLunch Oh Gemma.....you lk v miserable 2 me wth ur dour, serious, lecture-y face. If I cld I would post hundreds of pictures on here of my gay friends with their children, families and millions of friends living happy, joyous lives, but it would take me soooo many hrs. Shove it Gemma.

I can so relate to this..... I mean look at my unhappy life with my amazing partner, our gorgeous daughter, our cracking friends, our wonderful family and our brilliant jobs. Awful life Gemma. Awful.
