Each time I call them, they say that further details will be communicated over email. It takes them more than 48 hrs to send an email stating that the refund will be transferred in 7-10 business days.

Had placed an order on Oct 10, 2024 (#33108701813) but had to cancel for some reasons, the refund got initiated after multiple requests and queries (case id #208956664) on Oct 25th 2024 but I still am waiting on my refund of approx INR 90k. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

Still no resolution has been provided. The request was opened in 19thJune and still the Blower is not replaced. No one reverts with an ETA and disconnects call upon asking for request number. Can I get any solution for this? @myvoltas @VoltasBeko @RNTata2000

But that ₹1000 was never refunded or adjusted in the bill. I have been reaching out to your customer care since Jan but every time they say that they have taken the feedback and will update once a resolution is provided by the team. I am fed up. Pathetic services
