Now, if you have any issue with your order on Zomato, no matter what you say, you cannot speak to a human agent. Even if you mention a medical emergency, the AI won’t connect you to a real person.

@reliancejio This is fraud! Paid for Jio AirFiber, but the technician refused to install & asked me to book again. Now I have 2 connections, but no refund for the first! Support keeps disconnecting calls. This is frustrating & unacceptable! #JioAirFiber
