@HSBC_IN it’s been 2 months since my HSBC TravelOne credit card application & KYC, and still no call,SMS or mail from your team. Applied twice, same silence. Is customer time a joke for you? Never faced such behaviour with any other bank,and 3–4 friends are seeing the same issue.

Applied HSBC T1, before Dec, but got no communication from bank side, Now after I emailed, they are asking for payslip for approval. But no longer offering the 3999 offer. So not taking the card, as don't have any travel booking at the moment.
