Pleasantly surprised to see Karan Johar bringing Raja Ravi Varma to the Met Gala. More India art pls.
I guess it took 5600+ man hours, 80+ artisans to recreate this. Also, Karan Johar is the first Indian Director to be there. Thankfully no western accepted stereotypical Indian stuff, but Indian artisan-ship in all its glory. We need more ambassadors to take the Indian high art to the world!

@himantabiswa @aravind a CM of state and probably right hand of HM of India reads your analysis. Bro’s aura on tweeter is unbeatable. Looking forward to gain exciting knowledge and enlightenment by your analysis.

Thanks Aravind! I do read your analysis sometimes, spot on . Good job. Keep going.
Aravind@aravind
While BJP's amazing win in Bengal has taken all the limelight, what @himantabiswa has done in Assam is no less amazing. He has led his party to an unprecedented and bigger win in-spite of an expected second term anti-incumbency. IMO, this shows when leaders act with an ideology and deliver on their development promises, the voters vote them back. An expected anti-incumbency turns to pro-incumbency.

No matter who won or lost in each state, India's democracy has won yet again. And @ECISVEEP has once again done a tremendous job running elections for 4+ states - with almost the population of the US voting.
TVK's tremendous performance, INC's win in Kerala, and BJP routing an unpopular TMC in Bengal - all happened because India gave the power of vote to every citizen equally and fairly.
Next time, please don't fall for foreign psyops amplified by local politics that India's institutions are compromised, elections are rigged, or voting should be in paper.
The foreign forces and DS are trying to game India's democracy and make it malleable to them. Your favorite politician and party may win because of it temporarily.
But in the end, it is India and you who will lose in the long term. The foreign adversary will win without having to fire a bullet just making us doubt our institutions and hate our governments.

Shark Tank Panel:
Peyush Bansal : Hijabs are permitted, but *bindis* and *kalavas* are not.
Namita Thapar: *Namaz* is good for one's health.
The very same Namita Thapar had, in Season 1, funded a startup aimed at spreading awareness regarding women's menstruation and the taboos associated with it within Hinduism.
In Shark Tank India Season 1 (Episode 6, aired around December 2021), founders Aditi Gupta and Tuhin Paul presented their pitch for Menstrupedia.
Namita Thapar was the only "Shark" who chose to invest. She offered ₹50 lakhs in exchange for a 20% equity stake. This made her a partner in the venture.
The content explicitly addresses cultural and religious taboos—including those prevalent within Hindu traditions—such as the restrictions on entering temples, offering prayers, or touching sacred objects during menstruation (depicting these as misconceptions that make women feel "impure" or "unclean"). These are "woke capitalists"... they possess the capacity to solve specific problems, yet they lack a broader vision for the nation and its civilization.
A Muslim woman named Sana, wearing a hijab, appeared on the *Shark Tank* program; she runs a Muslim fashion house known as 'Midest Fashion.'
Her collection featured various fashion garments for Muslim women, including burqas and abayas.
Upon stepping onto the stage, the very first thing she declared was, "I—and I alone—will decide what I choose to wear... blah, blah, blah." Consequently, all the *Shark Tank* judges, seemingly gripped by a sense of guilt, began applauding. Namita, in particular, was effusive in her praise, exclaiming, "I absolutely loved that punchline of yours—the assertion that deciding what you wish to wear is your prerogative, and that you are the one who gets to make that choice!"
Ultimately, all the 'Sharks'—including Peyush Bansal—provided funding to this young woman.
Now, however, imagine—just for a moment—if a Hindu woman were to appear on the show wearing a *ghoonghat* (a traditional face veil). In that scenario, these very same 'Sharks' would undoubtedly mock her, remarking, "The world has progressed so far, yet here you are—still clinging to the *ghoonghat* and the veil, symbols of backwardness!"
Regrettably, we Hindus appear to be increasingly falling victim to Stockholm Syndrome.

@NalinisKitchen Sadi ka Mahanayak is responsible for Urdufication of Bollywood. His films promoted Islam while mocking others, showed Hindus as bad and corrupt.
He definitely deserves some joke on him
English

This man is truly abusive.
You were invited to KBC, treated with respect, and given a good platform. That should be remembered. I understand roasting people, but why Mr. Bachchan? Mocking Amitabh and Abhishek with a joke like Polio, Rekha, #$% is not right. It feels disrespectful.
Whatever he has gone through, whether right or wrong, does not justify this behaviour. Yes, when times are bad, it can feel like everyone is against you.
Everyone has bad times in life, but that does not mean you start blaming others.

@rj_umarnisar He knows KPs won't be able to live peacefully surrounded by Ms. Hence he opposes the idea of building New separate housing for KPs. He doesn't want them to return.

On the name of independent journalism, this ex ndtv propaganda hack Saurabh Shukla running AAP propaganda from years. Now currently AAP has asked him to target Raghav Chadha so he is doing his duty
The Red Mike was hired by 2-3 ndtv journalists who were kicked out/left from channel after Adani take over. They kept continue their propaganda in Red mike also.

@AbhishBanerj Seems less than 100. Voters haven't forgotten post-poll violence and BJP's apathy towards it. Only proper SIR can turn the sides.

Dunkin’ had dropped Donuts from its global branding back in 2018-19 in an attempt to shift focus from donuts to coffee. In India, they realized the Donut was a liability & tried to execute a similar coffee-centric pivot through new store formats & marketing, but the brand continued to struggle.
By 2026, the Coffee explosion in India (Blue Tokai, Third Wave, Starbucks) occupied the premium space, while local tea stalls owned the mass"space.
Dunkin’ was caught in the "Middle-Market No Man's Land." Not fancy enough for a coffee date, not cheap enough for a quick chai.

🚨 Dunkin' Donuts is shutting down in India by the end of 2026.

“I leave, it’s my time to go. Liberate Saptasindhu from Yavanas, rescue Kashi Vishwanath and other Jyotirlingas, bring them into Hindavi Swaraj. Do not be off guard and fail.”
These were the last words of our king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, he left his body on 3rd April, 1680.
