It was proud to join @ADFinanceWeek as an Official Partner with @hashed_official, contributing to a panel discussion and co-hosting the Web3 Leaders Roundtable with @ADGlobalMarket Emerging Tech on how financial and technology systems were being designed, governed, and deployed beyond the US. On the panel, “The Global Silicon Valley: What It Takes to Win Outside the US,” I spoke about the UAE’s role in creating conditions for scale—through long-term vision, regulatory clarity, and sustained public-private alignment rather than short-term incentives. At the Web3 Leaders Roundtable, regulators, financial institutions, and infrastructure builders examined stablecoins, digital asset market structure, and AI-driven financial rails, focusing on how policy and infrastructure translated into real economic activity. Durable ecosystems tended to emerge where vision, rules, and execution moved in the same direction.
