I think your self-image is that of a heroic medical doctor trying to educate the world and rescue people from their stupidity. But you don’t actually engage with serious pushback. You don’t seem interested in what people think. You seem interested in whether they think like you. And when they don’t, instead of engaging thoughtfully, you either ignore the strongest arguments or highlight the weakest ones, then hold those up as representative of the entire "other side." That creates an illusion of being surrounded by ignorance, while the more grounded, nuanced, and legitimate questions go unaddressed. It’s not education at that point. It’s curation. And when you curate your opposition down to its worst examples, you’re not testing your model anymore. You’re protecting it.
