$DGXX TOTAL SPECULATION - BUT INTERESTING THEORY Developing in my own mind: Today, a 6-K was filed with the SEC setting an Annual and Special Meeting of Security Holders for December 11, 2025. As you know, $DGXX previously entered into a Partnership with $SMCI - I haven't explored the extent of that partnership, but DGXX needs someone with deep pockets to provide GPUS for their datacenter transformation. $SMCI has recently announced their intention to develop a one-stop-shop division to to develop and build complete data centers for customers - called the Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). $DGXX has not only spent the past year converting their 22mw Alabama Facility to a Tier 3 Datacenter, but they've also moved for expansion to 55mw and developed the ARMS-2000 Platform for rapid modular deployment of GPU Clusters. They have the knowledge and to build, expand, and operate power plants. My guess is that the two companies have been in preliminary discussions, either to expand their partnership, or for the complete acquisition of $DGXX as the starting base for their DCBBS - which would immediately lend them [even more] credibility. Calling for both an annual and special meeting of security holders in a Form 6-K filing provides a stronger signal that a significant and non-routine corporate transaction requiring shareholder approval may be in the works. The agenda for both meetings will be formally disclosed in the proxy materials sent to shareholders after the October 27th record date. By bundling both an annual and special meeting, the company is effectively saying, "We have standard yearly business to attend to, but we also have an urgent and specific matter that requires your vote as soon as possible." If there was a material definitive agreement, it would need to be disclosed within a few business days of it being signed. But if the company has been working on preliminary discussions with the intention of finalizing something, there is no requirement to disclose. SUMMARY: On or around October 27, 2025, $DGXX will likely announce something that requires shareholder approval. I have no clue what it is, but I believe it is either $SMCI tendering an offer to buy the company outright, or buy a significant stake in the $DGXX.
