@CruiseNorwegian The entire staff especially the manager working the merchandise area on NCL Dawn during 2200-2300 on the last night of the cruise have been uncaring of my inconvenience.
Well, this is pathetic. I'm on @CruiseNorwegian Dawn wanting to purchase last minute souvenirs and apparently their system is down and they have no solution.
There's one register that can do things? I had to wait over half an hour to even find out this? And no one will even think about a discount for my inconvenience.
So weird when a company doesn't want me to spend money.

This is beyond frustrating. I emailed @MSCCruisesUSA post cruise support on Feb 10th. Received an automated reply that they would get back in 5 business days. Followed you on the 19th and still nothing.
